A MES Y MEDIO DE LA VENDIMIA EN “TORRE DE VALDEFUNES”

Rayos y centellas, lluvias y aguazones en Torre de Valdefunes están complicando los estadios previos a la vendimia. Hemos pasado de calores sofocantes a temperaturas y humedades más propias de la verde Galicia o de la cornisa cantábrica que del prepirineo aragonés.
Nuestro técnico, José Luis, prácticamente duerme a pie de cepa al acecho de que el enemigo en forma de esporas de Oidium quiera pasar la segunda mitad del verano en nuestras cepas.
Por lo demás, estamos ante lo que va a ser una excelente cosecha: cantidad moderada y calidad excelsa a lo que ayudará no poco el ascenso de temperaturas previsto para los próximos días.
En cuanto a lo comercial, continua la salida de caldos con fluidez, y en especial los más frescos, esos jóvenes, tanto tintos como rosados, que tan apetecibles son en ésta época estival.
